程敢，男，博士（后），副教授，博士生导师。主要从事矿产资源及固废综合利用研究，重点关注高硫煤（矿物）的深度脱硫、低阶煤的提质。主持国家自然科学面上/青年项目、国家重点研发计划项目子课题、中国博士后科学基金面上项目、河南省科技攻关项目等项目，参与国家重点研发计划、国家科技支撑计划项目、国家重点基础研究发展计划、国家高技术研究发展计划等项目；以第一/通讯作者发表SCI期刊收录学术论文40余篇，入选斯坦福大学全球前2%顶尖科学家“年度科学影响力榜单”；第一申请人授权发明专利9项；中国煤炭工业协会煤炭行业科技服务专家、河南省高等学校青年骨干教师、山西省煤炭学会煤炭清洁高效利用委员会委员、河南省科技创新促进会专家委员会委员，International Journal of Mining Science and Technology中青年编委、《中国有色金属学报》中、英文版青年编委、《绿色矿冶》编委、《化工矿物与加工》青年专家、《洁净煤技术》青年编委、《选煤技术》中青年专家学术委员会委员等。
