程芳琴,女,1964年7月生,山西临猗人,中共党员,山西大学副校长,二级教授、博士生导师、国家“新世纪百千万人才工程”入选者、山西省“三晋学者”特聘教授、享受国务院特殊津贴专家、国家科学技术进步二等奖获得者。兼任山西大学资源与环境工程研究所所长。2007年3月,被山西省劳动竞赛委员会授予“山西省五一劳动奖章”;2007年10月,被省委人才办确定为“省委联系的高级专家”;2015年3月,被全国妇联授予“全国三八红旗手”荣誉称号。主要社会兼职有全国生态工业及循环经济学会常务理事,全国钾盐协会理事,山西省环境咨询委员会委员、化工学会常务理事、山西省环境学会理事等。

先后发表论文417篇,其中SCI论文约182篇,出版著作5部,授权发明专利55项,其中一项国际专利;实用新型专利30项,软件著作1项;经省科技厅鉴定成果8项,其中3项达国际领先水平,为我国盐湖钾肥生产工艺技术进步和山西的环境保护事业做出了较大贡献。
